生物/化学 Tim老师 Alevel考局考官 2007年开始任职英国顶级名校化学、生物导师，曾多次担任化学系主任，负责学校的化学课程设置以及教材编写。 Q1. 您是如何进入教学行业的？是什么/谁激励您成为一名教师？ I always understood things better by explaining things to others. I thought that spending my life explaining how the world works to others, it would help both others and me to understand it. Q2. 对那些想来英国读书的留学生，可以给一些您认为非常重要的建议吗？ What’s the best advice you could give to someone who wishes to study in the UK? Be prepared to learn things you did not necessarily travel to the UK to learn. Universities in the UK are a great place to be in contact with other cultures, learn from and imitate the aspects of those cultures that will make you a better person.
Q3.作为一名教师，您所获得过最大成就和面临过最艰巨的挑战是什么？ What are your biggest accomplishments and toughest challenges as a teacher? I have taught many different curriculums to pupils from a wide range of backgrounds, and this has helped me to gain experience in differentiating my teaching methods to suit each individual pupil. I have been involved in both creating and implementing teaching programs. My biggest challenge is keeping my enthusiasm for every lesson I give despite the repetitive nature of teaching as a profession. Early bird in the winter, night owl in the summer.
