Partnership project showcases and real feedback from students and parents are the best proof of our service quality
There is an educational institution with over 20 years of experience in international education, always committed to cultivating globally competitive talents and laying a solid foundation for students' future success. Before the sudden change in regional situation, its campuses in two major core cities of a Southeast Asian country were vibrant hubs filled with enthusiasm for learning, dedicated teaching, and a harmonious community atmosphere.
As early as 2020, the school had foresightedly laid out online teaching models. At that time, the principal took the initiative to contact us, hoping to introduce high-quality online courses with professional strength to meet students' learning needs for newly added international high school courses (A Levels), which also laid an important foundation for subsequent educational emergency response.
When the sudden situation broke the peace, the school's teacher-student community was forced to scatter around the world, and normal teaching order faced severe challenges. But with the firm belief of "education does not stop, community does not disperse", the principal was determined to cross spatial barriers to continue the power of education. We worked closely with the school to quickly migrate all teaching activities to the online platform, building a stable virtual classroom for students aged 11 to 18. This initiative not only ensured the continuity of academic progress but also injected hope for the future into students in turmoil with the normalcy of education.
In this special educational collaboration, technology became a bridge connecting knowledge and hope, while the persistence of educators and the support of professional services jointly guarded the growth path of students.
The teachers for my online classes are so nice! Last week I couldn’t do fraction addition—my teacher stayed 10 more mins to video call, used screen sharing to show me with drawings, and said I could message her anytime. TAs are good too: I didn’t know when to use "cat" or "cats" in sentences, and they told me to count the animals first over voice call instead of just giving rules. This kind of help is great—I can take my time with questions.

The recordings for my online classes are so useful! Last month I was sick a week, and caught up on math by watching recordings—I could slow down or pause to take notes. I left a question, and the teacher replied next day with a handwritten problem sheet. My parents were hesitant at first, but after hearing this, they said this online learning helps me a lot.

As a parent, I see my kid progress a lot with Merton’s online classes. Before, they barely passed math assessments; now the teacher adjusts pace and uses real-life examples. They even got an A in the midterm—huge improvement! The teacher praised their clear thinking, and my kid handles online learning alone now. Having the teacher’s full focus makes them more confident in math.
